Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished products following production specifications and quality standards. You will work with components such as wiring, soldering, circuit boards, cable harnesses, and other hardware, ensuring products meet exact tolerances and performance criteria.

This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in assembly, wiring, soldering, and interpreting technical documents, who enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-focused production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components and systems based on engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Perform soldering, wire routing, and cable harnessing
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure conformance to tolerances and performance standards
  • Identify and correct minor malfunctions or defective components
  • Assist in test kit assembly, packaging, and labeling tasks as needed
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
  • Communicate assembly issues or recommendations to team leads or engineers

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related field
  • Familiarity with hand tools, soldering equipment, and measuring instruments
  • Ability to interpret work instructions, schematics, or blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Basic computer skills and ability to follow documented procedures
  • Team player with good communication skills; able to work with moderate supervision

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $35,000.00 - $52,600.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
