Construction Project Assistant (Project Management)

Summary of Job:
This position supports the construction groups' sales and operations teams with day-to-day administrative and accounting activities. The position requires high attention to detail and the ability to regularly reprioritize tasks to meet internal teams' and customers' needs. A strong background in office/accounting systems and a high level of technical expertise is a plus.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
• Create and manage project data in Lee Company ERP (Dynamics 365)
• Process and distribute monthly progress billings
• Issue subcontract agreements and manage pay applications
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and coordinate internally with Finance to
ensure all payments are applied correctly
• Assist with pulling permits, scheduling inspections and project closeout
• Other duties as required
