Position Information

Position Overview

HealthStream is seeking a Customer Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of customer-focused marketing programs that drive adoption, retention, and advocacy within our customer base. This role plays a critical part in helping us build strong, long-term relationships with customers by coordinating campaigns, communications, and engagement initiatives that enhance the overall customer journey.

Working closely with teams across Product Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, and Content, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about creating value for customers through targeted, high-impact marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

  • Assist in the execution of customer lifecycle marketing programs, including onboarding, adoption, upsell, and retention campaigns.
  • Support customer advocacy programs-identifying advocates, coordinating reviews and testimonials, and assisting in the production of case studies and success stories.
  • Help manage customer communications such as product updates, feature announcements, newsletters, and customer webinars.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to promote new features and drive customer education through campaigns and content.
  • Support logistics and communication for customer events (e.g., virtual user groups, regional HUGs, webinars).
  • Help track and analyze customer engagement metrics and campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Maintain customer marketing assets, including advocacy content, email templates, and campaign calendars.
  • Assist in segmentation and personalization of customer messaging using tools like Totango and Salesforce.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing tools such as Totango, Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar CRM and email platforms is a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving the customer experience.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or SaaS industry.
  • Experience supporting user conferences or customer events.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment and self-manage time effectively.
