Position Summary: The Director National Program Management plays a critical role in ensuring successful delivery and execution of customer programs and projects by providing the support necessary for Program Management and Service Delivery to achieve their target. This leader is responsible for (1) Reporting, (2) Analytics (3) Support Services including Customer System Interface, Processes, Standards, Training and Communication & Service Sales Costing.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). This position requires up to 25% travel.
