Filming video on set and on location. Work with creative teams and sales teams to plan video shoots of employees and customers on and off job sites. Setting up/tear down of cameras, microphones, lighting, props etc. Filming and editing footage to meet the varied needs of the organization including Safety, Organizational Development, Recruiting, Corporate Communications, Social Media, YouTube, and other Product Marketing and Promotion.

Pay Rate:  $60,000.00 - $89,000.00 Annually 
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Deliver professional long and short video content in a timely and efficient manner
  • Multitasking skills for working with multiple team members at once
  • Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with customers, creative and sales teams
  • Knowledge of post-production techniques
  • Physical ability to move and hold recording equipment for long periods
  • Other duties as assigned by manager 

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • College degree in broadcasting, film, communications or other related degree
  • 3-5 years video production and editing experience in a professional environment

Physical Demands & Competencies:

  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
  • Physical work that involves packing and unpacking of video equipment, lifting up to 30lbs
  • Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
  • Safety & Product Knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge of video related equipment including various cameras, lighting etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator and or other  related software such as Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere/Pro and Final Cut Pro
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing concepts
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Travel Requirements:   

  • 25%-50%

Work Environment:

  • Noise: Quite to Extremely Loud
  • Indoors and Outdoors
