The Store Manager position has a starting salary of $42,195 annually and this position is also eligible for incentive pay based on store performance. Goodwill drives a strong reliability culture and the schedule will include a rotation of days, evenings, and weekends. In order to provide the best leadership, this position will require work every other weekend, at least one evening shift, and one mid-shift per week. Candidates must have weekend availability.
