Fall River Health Services is seeking a dynamic Director of Rural Health Clinic (RHC) to drive high-quality, patient-centered care in our rural community. As a vital member of our leadership team, youll oversee the full scope of clinic operations from strategy and staffing to compliance and community outreach.
What Youll Do:
Lead daily clinic operations and create a professional, efficient, and patient-focused environment
Supervise all clinic staff: clinical, administrative, and support teams
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development
Manage the RHC budget and financial performance
Ensure compliance with CMS, HRSA, and rural health clinic regulations
Drive quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and risk management efforts
Collaborate across departments (HR, Compliance, HIM, Billing) to maintain smooth operations
Represent the clinic in community health initiatives and outreach efforts
Lead emergency preparedness, safety, and infection control planning
Contribute to the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and annual operational reviews
What You Bring:
Proven leadership in clinic or rural healthcare settings
Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of RHC regulations and rural healthcare challenges
Financial and operational management experience
Experience with EHR systems (EPIC preferred)
Strategic mindset with a heart for community-based care
