Staff Accountant (Finance)

The Staff Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for the following accounting activities:
Prepare, record, and maintain monthly journal entries along with supporting documentation.Review, record, and reconcile monthly entries for payroll and corporate credit card transactions.Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations. Prepare and maintain monthly account reconciliations.Process intercompany billings as requested.Assist in the analysis of accounting records for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as Oxbows established policies and procedures.Support management with audit requests, special projects, and workflow process improvements, as assigned.
