Senior Quality Control Inspector (Finance)



As a Senior Quality Control Inspector here at Honeywell, you will ensure the highest quality standards by inspecting materials, production, and finished products. Your attention to detail will maintain our reputation for superior quality.

You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our El Paso, TX location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the quality assurance processes by conducting thorough inspections and tests, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
  • Identify deviations from quality standards and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze quality control data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate the transfer of new units and or replacement units between the Chihuahua facility and the El Paso Facility

  • 6+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control inspection techniques and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and quality management systems.
  • Demonstrated effective communication across multiple departments and facilities while operating under project deadlines.
