Resident Care Coordinator/RCC (Healthcare)

RCC must work closely, and effectively, with our Director of Resident Care on a day to day basis. Responsible for scheduling Resident Care Staff including providing coverage for call-outs. Will be the person the care staff will seek out when they have problems/issues with resident MEDS and/or family members. Will be expected to be on call every other weekend and Manager on Duty every 7 weeks.
