Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Human Resources Generalist located in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Site HRBP, the HR Generalist role involves implementing HR programs and initiatives and supporting business clients with personnel matters and analytics to enhance business growth and profitability.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Collaborates with managers on HR strategies for talent needs, development, and recruitment programs, while overseeing employee lifecycle activities.
  • Advises on employee engagement, resolves employee relations issues/employee investigations, and creates programs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Delivers timely and accurate HR reporting and metrics to support business operations, providing data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Guides Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, consults on HR policies and compliance, and manages legal documentation and records as required by law.
  • Communicates employee benefits and supports sustainability initiatives while providing mentoring and evaluation for management skills.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function.
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources or related experience.
  • Demonstrates advanced experience and skills associated with performing assigned HR functions.
  • Reporting/metrics experience; Excel advanced skills preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization.
  • Addresses customer feedback, supports employee concerns, and engages with regulatory agencies as appropriate.
