Manager of Data Analytics (Project Management)
Job Summary:
The Manager of Data Analytics will be responsible for creating and maintaining program data dashboards and reports and managing the implementation of new Salesforce database projects and components. This position requires experience/familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of database management and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Salesforce experience is strongly preferred. This position will report to the Director of Program Data.
Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Creating Salesforce reports and dashboards for internal teams.
Compiling regular performance statistics for staff throughout the organization.
Leading cross-departmental database initiatives, serving as project manager, to make improvements to data systems and/or implement new components.
Working with multiple departments to map out business processes, document, and identify database implications and opportunities for increased efficiency.
Analyzing program data and outcomes to support program evaluation projects, and in general, to support Chrysalis' data-driven culture, effectively utilizing data to improve Chrysalis' programs.
Communicating with vendors and Salesforce implementation partners.
Participating in meetings with cross-functional teams to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.
Effectively leading meetings and listening sessions in order to develop solutions that are the best fit for Chrysalis clients and organizational goals.
Working with new Salesforce apps based on end user requests and needs of the program.
Seeking out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Significant experience in data management and data reporting required.
Must be proficient in Excel and be willing to learn other applications. Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
Experience with creating work plans, flow charts, and process maps highly desired.
Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly present ideas to a variety of audiences. Experience with LucidChart, PowerPoint, or other presentation software is highly desirable.
