Product Strategy Senior Advisor, Integrated Oncology Product Lead - EviCore (Finance)



Integrated Oncology Product Lead - Product Strategy Sr. Advisor

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day to day development of new patient and provider facing medical product (code name Hermes), which connects the cancer journey for providers and patients resulting in better experience, improved outcomes, and lower costs of care.
  • Primary oversight of product strategy, business requirements, product development deliverables, and coordination with go to market teams.
  • Support client and prospect meetings for new Hermes Oncology product, and incorporate client perspectives into product strategy and requirements
  • Maintain and evolve detailed product strategy, including capability roadmap based on client feedback, market and clinical trends, and likely market adoption and capability evolution
  • Develop and refine financial business case for the Hermes product suite, and coordinate with peers for the shared product elements
  • Lead Pilot design and performance measurement, including collaboration with data analytics, operations, partner teams, and internal clinical teams to ensure credible success measures
  • Support client specific launch of pilot program(s) to ensure successful launch and adoption.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing product performance measurement as part of a multi-product bundle, including product P/L

Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Experience with prior development and launch of a new medical benefit product, or major enhancements to an established medical product, preferably in a complex condition such as cancer.
  • Deep familiarity and expertise with UM and/or CM products, as well as ability to collaborate and engage stakeholders across the larger Evernorth and Cigna Group enterprise.
  • Expertise with product value frameworks which include patient engagement and medical management, and mapping outcome studies and measures into a product value proposition
  • Prior exposure to medical management product data analytics studies, and development of a product ROI framework
  • Proven leadership and collaboration with cross functional teams who deliver the product, including operations, technology, pricing, sales, marketing, and others
  • Ability to collaborate w/ key stakeholders including sales, marketing, finance and pricing, operations, IT, legal, vendor partners, clinical program, and other product owners in a cross functional matrix team.
  • Familiarity with capability planning and roadmap development for new or existing products including integration with other products, vendors, or data providers
  • Prior experience in evaluation of pilot performance, and if appropriate incorporation of pilot into larger product strategy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to promote products internally and externally to promote visibility and drive growth.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,800 - 194,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
