Residential Recovery Technician (Finance)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Certification as Peer Addiction Recovery Coach preferred
Directly related equivalent experience/competencies in past professional and nonprofessional roles
Knowledge in addiction and how addiction impacts an individual and their family highly preferred
Knowledge of child welfare and/or probation services preferred
Work experience in a health care setting, preferably Addiction Treatment or Mental Health, a plus
Trained in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Care preferred
Strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly confidential information with professionalism
Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
Must have reliable transportation to transport self/others and to attend trainings and/or meetings
