Total Rewards Manager (Finance)

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations, the Manager, Total Rewards is a newly-created, hands-on role that focuses on providing subject matter expertise and leadership for all things compensation and benefits while operating as a strategic business partner. In this role, you'll build robust programs that are key to the employee experience at InterDigital.
You will be responsible for the design and implementation of global benefits and global compensation programs to include, but not limited to, health and wellness benefits, retirement plan design as well as effective Total Rewards communications. In collaboration with the Sr. Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations, this role will also innovate and manage Reward & Recognition programs and annual benchmark cycles to ensure that InterDigital is able to effectively attract and retain employees.
This individual must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, handle sensitive information, make sound business decisions, influence business leaders, manage details, and deliver results company-wide.
