Goals
The Office of Student Affairs prepares students holistically through leadership development, co-curricular programming, community engagement, and dialogue around inclusion and diversity. Join the Office of Student Affairs in supporting student wellness through our beloved campus therapy dog! Student workers help manage therapy dog visits (yappy hours) with students, take the dog on walks according to her daily schedule, promote and manage the dog at campus events, and engage the campus community. Perfect for students passionate about mental health, animal care, and creating a positive, inclusive environment. Federal Work Study required. Must be available for Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 semesters and willing to participate in campus therapy dog training.
Pay Rate: $15.49 / hour
Primary Work Location: University Center Complex - Student Affairs Office
Employment Term: Spring 2025 & Fall 2026 Semesters
Work Hours: Ideally 5-10 hours per week
