Administrative Coordinator (Finance)
General Office Management:
Accountable for the overall management of the office area.
Responsible for greeting visitors and answering phones.
HR functions:
Works with the HR Business Partner on hourly recruiting, new hire orientation and training to support the needs of the division.
Works with the HR Business Partner and the Culture Committee on employee engagement activities to help drive and improve culture.
Maintain employee training records.
Production/Plant reporting:
Responsible for compiling the daily metrics for the facility
Run various reports and maintain Key data sets
Purchasing:
Manage all facility purchase orders
Oversees office supplies and works with internal and external resources when placing orders.
Coordinates the purchasing of company wide recognition gifts, flowers, cards, etc. as requested.
Customer Care:
Backup and train on various customer care roles; order entry, scheduling, shipping and receiving
Performs other miscellaneous job duties, and projects as needed.
Education/Qualifications
Requires at least one year of experience within an office environment, preferred
Experience with various ERP systems preferred
Previous experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment, preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
