JOB OVERVIEW:
The Lead Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food items in accordance with restaurant standards and recipes. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety. The Lead Cook reinforces the tone for Sonesta's Culture of Caring.
