Job Description Summary:
The Manager, Global Benefits will provide operational and functional subject matter expertise in support of the design and delivery of the CFA Institute's Total Rewards strategy. This position will administer the organization's full suite of global benefits offerings, including its health and welfare plans, retirement plans, leave programs, well-being programs and other ancillary benefits.
As a member of the Total Rewards team, this position participates in other work within the team's responsibility, including special projects and employment-related programs. This position is responsible for and will be held accountable for the appropriate handling of highly confidential matters and materials.
The position will be located in a CFA Institute office location (Charlottesville, VA; New York, NY; or Washington, DC) or an agreed upon US remote location, and will report to the Director, Global Benefits.
