Lighting Projects Coordinator - WSE (Project Management)
The primary focus of this position will be to support the WorldStage Lighting Department as office-based liaison between the Lighting shop, shipping department and labor coordinator, ensuring that established processes and best practices are maintained. This candidate will work in conjunction with WS senior staff providing office support, which includes data entry of RFQs, creating and maintaining orders in the companys rental software, R2, and coordinating all order-based logistics.
High School Graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience. Internships included.
Familiarity in technical design, budgeting, and coordination of audio-visual services for
live events a PLUS.
