Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Associate to join our fast-paced distribution center team. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the facility by handling, moving, loading, and unloading materials using both manual methods and material handling equipment.

You will be responsible for tasks such as opening and sealing crates and cartons, collecting and sorting materials, and processing customer and internal orders. This position also supports shipping, receiving, and inventory control by following company policies and procedures to keep operations accurate and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely handle, move, load, and unload materials using manual tools or material handling equipment.
  • Open, seal, and prepare crates, cartons, and packages.
  • Collect, sort, store, and distribute materials to designated areas.
  • Process orders from requisitions and dispense stock items.
  • Assist with inventory control, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
  • Support shipping and receiving by checking in freight, processing paperwork, and updating purchase order systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate stocking, staging, and delivery of merchandise.
  • Communicate inventory issues and discrepancies to management.
  • Participate in kit and bundle breakdown, component sorting, and other assigned warehouse tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.
  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures and inventory systems.
  • Ability to work independently under moderate supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31,800.00 - $47,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
