· Manage Product Specification Platforms: Oversee existing platforms including CET Designer, 2020 CAP/Giza, Project Matrix, Hedberg, KITS Collaborator, and Thumbprint; proactively identify and evaluate new systems that could enhance value · Cultivate Platform Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with platform developers to ensure user-friendly tools, data accuracy, and timely content updates · Collaborate on Product Data: Partner with Product Marketing, Product Development, and Engineering teams to create, test, and maintain accurate product data, drawings, and specifications across all platforms · Ensure Data Quality: Conduct regular quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data or system-related issues · Support Model Accessibility: Facilitate the upload and availability of 2D and 3D models for customer and specifier use · Enable Digital Marketing Assets: Collaborate with and support the Marketing team in developing web-based digital tools such as product configurators and specification software links · Facilitate Platform Training: Assist in developing and delivering training to sales representatives and dealers on how to effectively use product specification platforms · Develop Platform Strategy: Create and maintain a long-term strategic plan focused on optimizing the performance and effectiveness of specification platforms · Enhance ERP Data Utilization: Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize the use of the ERP system to identify areas for improvement in data flow and system integration · Translate Requirements into System Results: Utilize system capabilities to effectively translate business requirements into tangible and measurable outcomes · Analyze Digital Platform Usage: Monitor and analyze usage data across all digital platforms, including downloads, logins, and customer engagement metrics, to identify trends and opportunities · Drive Digital Tool Improvements: Based on data analytics and internal feedback, identify and implement improvements to internal and external digital tools to streamline business processes and enhance ease of doing business with Indiana Furniture · Optimize Quoting and Order Flow: Identify and support improvements to the quoting and order flow within the ERP system, including Quote-to-Order processes and specialized quoting tools · Support Performance Dashboards: Assist in the creation and management of dashboards that summarize quote and customer data from the ERP system to support performance tracking, forecasting, and sales operations efficiency · Provide System and Process Insights: Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams regarding potential system and process enhancements · Define Future CRM Strategy: Evaluate existing and new platforms to define the future direction of the company's CRM system · Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management · Occasional travel up to 10% may be required for the purpose of customer visits, trade shows, professional development, etc.
