This position reports to the Director of Quality.
Key Accountabilities
Compile first article inspection reports and manage customer submissions/approvals
Manage the electronic archiving of quality records
Schedule and support 3 rd -party and customer source inspection of product
Retrieve quality records as required to support source inspections or shipment of product
Performed other duties as assigned
This position requires the applicant to be a US Person with a US permanent residence. A US Person is a US Citizen or Green card holder.
A high school diploma, or equivalent, is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint as well as common ERP systems.
Ability to operate Copier/Fax/Printer
Ability to scan documents and manage electronic documents in a filing system
Demonstrated success in the ability to consistently multitask
Good verbal, written, and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, Minitab, etc.)
Demonstrated proficiency in time management
