The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting a dynamic team of sellers in focusing on group and transient sales.
Hilton's Commercial Services organization is comprised of team members driving our sales, revenue, marketing, catering and events management, call centers, and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are essential to Hilton's ability to drive profitable growth. The Sales Coordinator will support this "commercial engine".
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years hotel professional experience is required, luxury experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (including MS Teams, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills (presentations, written, and verbal)
Travel up to 10%
It would be beneficial to have:
Experience organizing and managing multiple projects
Hold a two-year track record in Luxury hotel Sales and Marketing function
Familiarity with Hilton computer systems, including Delphi FDC/Salesforce
Additional language skills are a bonus, particularly with Dutch, Spanish, Papiamento, or Portuguese
BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in Delphi FDC preferred
