Administrative Support Rep - Invoicing Support (Administrative)



Overhead Door Company of Santa Fe™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire an Administrative/Invoicing Support Representative. In this role, you will perform billing functions as well as other administrative and customer service job responsibilities. Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for verifying and processing daily invoices
  • Provide administrative support for all departments
  • Receive daily job tickets, check tickets for description of work completed, extra parts used on the job, and required paperwork
  • Audit job costs entered in the billing system and printed on tentative registers to billed amount daily, to assure costing is in line with the billed amount
  • Maintain project folders where required, as needed
  • Meet production goals and month-end processing requirements
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Detail oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Computer proficiency is required
