IT Intern (Finance)

The Team

We are seeking an IT Intern to join American Tower's Enterprise IT organization's IT Customer Success Team. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our IT products and services and is proactive in supporting and resolving issues as they arise. In addition, the incumbent will create and develop presentations containing IT-related enablement and learning content. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to help others succeed.
