- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly and respectful attitude toward residents and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly wage, starting at $18/hr
