Customer Service Representative AIMP (Administrative)
Essential Duties:
Enter and/or review all new spot buys, blanket purchase orders and EDI transmissions. Perform the Contract Review process per the established procedure.
Perform all necessary steps for revisions and changes to all orders.
Monitor open orders and delivery dates to ensure commitments to the customer are met on a timely basis. Communicate confirmations and changes as needed to the customer
Monitor emails on a frequent basis to respond within four hours to a customer and 24 hours to internal personnel.
Perform all ERP system related duties per established Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
Support the timely resolution of customer discrepancies related to pricing, scheduling, shipping and invoicing.
Support Sales Account Managers as needed related to customer issues.
