Sanitation/Dishwasher (Food Services)
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwasher, three-bay sinks, laundry machine and dryer, fryer, ovens, grills and other culinary equipment
Wash and disinfect the kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas
Sort, soak, spray and wash silverware, smallwares, china, glassware, cookware
Empty and maintain trash cans and dumpster area
Sweep and mop
Break down cardboard boxes and place them and other recyclables in the recycle bin
Positive attitude
Qualifications
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
Able to work effectively under time constraints
Able to stand on your feet for extended periods
Able to maintain a clean and organized work area
