Document Control Specialist (Finance)



As a Document Control Specialist Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing and controlling documentation processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in maintaining accurate records and supporting our operational excellence.

You will report directly to our Manager of Documentation Control, and you'll work out of our Orange, TX location on an Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our operations by ensuring that all documentation is properly managed, accessible, and compliant with industry standards. Your contributions will help streamline processes and enhance the quality of our services, ultimately supporting our mission to deliver innovative solutions in energy and sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and control documentation processes, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of documentation control procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

  • 6+ years of experience in documentation control or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation management systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
