Accounts Payable Clerk (Administrative)
Responsibilities and Duties
Enter vendor bills against purchase orders efficiently and accurately.Resolve purchase order issues in collaboration with the Purchasing and Inside Sales teams.Conduct weekly payment runs.Reconcile credit card and expense reports on a monthly basis.Answer vendor inquiries regarding payment status.Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of Accounts Payable experience,OR Associate/Bachelor's degree in Accounting.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Ability to act with a sense of urgency and responsiveness.
