What You'll Get to Do
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies for our products and programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts resonate with diverse audiences and drive engagement. 

Job responsibilities include:

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create inclusive marketing strategies that cater to a wide range of demographics.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various platforms, ensuring it is accessible and engaging for all audiences.
• Market Research: Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of diverse customer segments.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions.

 

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a product-focused role.
• Strong understanding of inclusive marketing practices and audience segmentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
