2-1-1 Resource Specialist (Full-Time, MondayFriday 8am5pm)

As a 2-1-1 Resource Specialist, youll be the steward of our regional community resource database, ensuring that its accurate, comprehensive, and up to date. Youll serve as a bridge between Central Michigan 2-1-1 and the communities we servegathering information, building relationships, and helping ensure individuals get connected to the right support at the right time.
What Youll Do

Keep resources current: Maintain and update organizational data in the regional resource database.

Ensure accuracy: Assign and review AIRS Taxonomy codes for all database entries.

Engage with the community: Attend meetings, network, and gather updated information on services.

Share updates: Communicate community and policy changes to the Central Michigan 2-1-1 Team.

Ensure quality & compliance: Maintain adherence to AIRS standards, CARF requirements, and MDHHS protocols.

Collaborate: Act as the liaison between the community and Central Michigan 2-1-1.
