SIOP and Inventory Leader

This position reports to the Senior Director of Aerospace SIOP and will be responsible for leading Supply SIOP processes within the Americas region with specific focus on Mechanical products. This will involve integrating site and global planning & execution processes to improve the effectiveness and maturity of the supply SIOP process. This role serves as a focal point for inventory projects and is responsible for implementing best practices across the supply planning function.

Key Activities Include:

• Enable OTTR, Past Due Revenue and Inventory performance improvements through the implementation of critical SIOP and inventory management projects
• Provide processes, tools and coaching to Site and Materials Execution & Planning personnel to improve supply planning SIOP maturity and effectiveness
• Partner with Materials Planning and Execution leaders to enable early detection and mitigation of risks that could impact supply performance
• Partner with Portfolio, Demand, and Reconciliation leaders to identify and implement enhancements that will improve overall Aero SIOP effectiveness and maturity
• Lead the inventory forecasting process and own inventory forecast accuracy metrics
• Lead the weekly inventory tracking process with sites and identify critical issues for escalation
• Enable Flawless Launch of New Product Introductions and growth programs by identifying, supporting and tracking critical rate readiness activities
• Lead the monthly operating center supply SIOP meeting
• Actively participate in the monthly Aerospace reconciliation meeting by highlighting key risks and opportunities to achieve our financial commitments
