Position requires attendance for on-site training and regularly scheduled meetings with possible remote work from home.
Receives client documents and cross references with system information, identifying any exceptions using available resources and verifying the identity of all new clients. All information received is checked for accuracy.
Identify and escalate priority issues / Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
Stay current with policies, procedures, and system information, including changes and updates.
Documents all client account changes in accordance with Company policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High Speed Internet access for connecting to the virtual desktop environment. DLS, FIOS or Cable internet access of at least 1.5 Mbps should provide sufficient bandwidth to access the virtual desktop. *Streaming media should be avoided in order to provide the maximum bandwidth available for connectivity to the system.
SKILLS AND KWOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Proper phone etiquette with effective listening skills.
The ability to speak and write clearly and accurately with demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software computer applications and equipment preferred.
Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good.
Multi-tasking capabilities and attention to detail is required.
