This role will support efforts nationally with a primary focus in the US West Region. The position of Pursuit Coordinator at Arcadis and within the Commercial Enablement team is an important role in providing professional service marketing support to key members of all Practice Areas, directly responsible for business development and revenue generation.

Arcadis is seeking a Pursuit Coordinator to join our US West Commercial Enablement team.

You will be a key member of the pursuits team, helping to craft win themes, generate content, and provide guidance to other team members as needed. You will work on a team of coordinators, graphic designers, and communications specialists to secure resources and drive best practices, enabling teams to deliver compelling, tailored, error-free collateral, proposals, and presentations.

As a Pursuit Coordinator in a creative environment, you will actively seek feedback and be comfortable with a fast-paced environment that is dynamic and ever-changing. You will be able to influence and implement strategies and execute plans while leveraging your problem-solving capability and business acumen to translate big ideas into tangible results.

The successful candidate will be a highly proficient writer and editor, with strong organizational and time management skills. You will need to be a proactive, collaborative team player, and problem solver with the ability to follow and improve processes.

Role accountabilities:

This position will have the flexibility of a hybrid work situation, combining a "work from home" and in-office work environment.

Pursuit Coordinators are responsible for a variety of core responsibilities, which include the following:

  • Coordinating proposals and working with the proposal leads, professional technical staff, and marketing/graphics team to prepare proposals, which include collecting, analyzing, and producing editorial oversight for business-related information, writing and editing proposal documents;
  • Acting as the primary point of contact during the proposal process, creating a submission schedule for the proposal team regarding communications and reminders on internal proposal deliverables and deadlines.
  • Contributing to the generation, collection, dissemination, and storage of proposal-related information, and analyzing inbound proposal requests (such as RFQ, RFP, EOI, etc.) to help prepare responses;
  • Coordinating team members and implementing internal deadlines to complete proposal forms, resume alterations, additional information from subcontractors, etc., to meet the proposal due date;
  • Facilitating and participating in marketing/proposal strategy sessions and debriefs;
  • Maintaining and updating CRM and content library with high-quality content;
  • Ensuring high professionalism and quality is communicated through content, layout, and the use of visuals that are consistent with the corporate brand and vision;
  • Assisting and supporting the Regional Commercial Enablement Manager in marketing functions as needed, including: maintaining a variety of tracking documents, writing project descriptions, office communications, and supporting speaking engagements, award submissions, and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills suitable for professional and marketing purposes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across various formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail in project execution.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and workflows in a dynamic environment.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days of PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $53,094 - $70,792. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
