In addition to our nationally recognized personal injury work, we have built one of the fastest-growing bankruptcy practices in the region, now entering its fifth year--and we are looking for dedicated team members to help us continue this momentum. We are now seeking an Experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our team and support our attorneys in delivering life-changing results for clients navigating financial distress.
What You'll Do:

Assist attorneys with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings from intake through discharge.
Draft, review, and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, motions, and related pleadings.
Prepare and organize supporting documentation, including creditor matrices and financial statements.
Communicate with clients to gather financial information, explain processes, and provide case updates.
Coordinate with courts, trustees, and creditors to move cases forward efficiently.
Support attorneys in hearings, 341 meetings, and all phases of bankruptcy case management.

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of bankruptcy paralegal experience (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 required; Chapter 11 experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of bankruptcy procedures, local rules, and electronic filing systems (CM/ECF).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage a heavy caseload with precision and urgency.
Empathy, professionalism, and commitment to serving clients in moments of financial hardship.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
