Food & Beverage Coordinator (Food Services)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training, development, scheduling and supervision of Food & Beverage team members.Monitor quality control, sales and costs.Assist in producing and managing the budget to ensure revenue and program service goals are achieved.Assist in monthly inventory and financial reporting.Assist in evaluating health and safety practices.Assist in inventory management and make orders when necessary.Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, required, or assigned by supervisory personnel (F&B Manager, Manager on Duty, etc.) and/or the General Manager.
