What You Will Do
As a Systems Administrator you will
Directly support onsite and offsite users (800+).Maintain and upgrade computer systems owned by Weifield including VMwareProvide end-user support (Tier 1 & 2), resolve technical issues, and provide technical assistance for all operating systems and applicationsProvide in-person and remote supportMaintain business software applicationsResearch, design, implement, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing and new operating systems and applicationsTest, validate, and install operating system and application security/performance patches.Support IT requests and potential new implementations.Train and support new IT support techniciansDemonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
What You Will Bring
In addition to being reliable, punctual, and available off hours, as our Systems Administrator you will
Enjoy hands on follow through while providing excellent internal customer serviceHave 3+ years experience with Security and complianceManaging Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and aboveActive Directory, Security, Windows Server EnvironmentsProject management
Have experience with VMware / vSphereManaging O365 & Hybrid EnvironmentsWindows Intune & AutopilotWindows 10/11 setup, diagnostics, hardware, and software
Have a solid understanding of network protocols and managementIdeally have Network Admin and network security capabilitiesPossess the ability to manage and track the status of requirements throughout project lifecycleHave experience working on a team and in a collaborative environment.
