Relocation Coordinator (Finance)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifies and assesses transferees needs specific to assigned Tier(s)Handles incoming calls or inquiries from transferees about their move or specific needsSchedules, manages, and cancels temporary lodging reservations within 11 state locationsResponsible for communicating (both verbal and written) with all suppliers as well as transferees and client contactsServe as back-up and support to the Relocation ConsultantCompletes data-entry and file reviews accurately and in a timely mannerVarious administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Strong customer service ethic/attitudeStrong social and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact in a team setting or with counterpartsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and grammar skillsAccurately record and maintain transferee information, in a variety of systemStrong multi-tasker with keen time management skillsTech-savvy with strong ability to grasp and learn new systemsExhibit consistent, reliable work ethic and demonstrate a desire for continuous improvementPositive, team playerthat welcomes an inclusive environment and culture of communication.Hold a current real-estate license, would be preferred, but isnot mandatoryBilingual (English and Spanish) heavily preferred, but not required
