Safety & Access Student Technician (Finance)



The Operational Technology (I.T.) Student Technician - Safety and Access position is an exciting opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the field of safety systems and access control. The ideal candidate is someone who is new to the University of South Florida (USF) and is eager to learn and grow in the field of operational technology.
As an entry-level technician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals who will provide training and guidance as you learn the programming and troubleshooting of campus safety systems. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in the field, gaining hands-on experience with electronics and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
The position offers a flexible schedule that accommodates classes and is within the business hours of 8AM to 5PM. The contract duration is a minimum of 1 year, with an hourly wage of $15.00 and an average of 20 hours per week.
