As an Account Manager at?Fluxergy, you will be directly involved in the companys?Customer Success & Sales department?activities, as well as deeply involved with the companys long-term strategy. You will be responsible for?identifying new business opportunities aligned with the organization's overall market and growth strategy?while working with a small but passionate team. This position requires a deep, in-depth knowledge of?customer success tactics and customer education on the value of Fluxergy's innovative laboratory products for their use case.
Responsibilities
Promote the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range or key account to achieve sales and revenue targets.Developstrong customer relations according to the organizational strategy for the assigned customer base.Identify new business opportunities aligned with the organization's overall market and growth strategy.Actively drive newly launched innovative products and services into the marketplace and proactively follow up on the successful implementation of sales activity.Assess and analyze customer needs, generate leads, respond to customer inquiries, and suggest products and services as appropriate.customers'd customer's pain points and educate customers on the value of Fluxergy's innovative laboratory products for their use case.Educate and train customers on all aspects of Fluxergy's products from a technical, business, and value perspective.Develop and implement account plans and request and coordinate resources in line with the account plans.cross-functionalh cross functional team to create higher market perception and successful strategies to gain business from an account.Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in assigned territory.Frequently assess the potential of each customer and plan to realize it into business.
