Financial Planning & Analysis Intern (Finance)
Americold Internship Experience (AIE):
The Americold Summer Internship Experience is a 12-week, full time, paid internship that takes place over the summer term in various locations throughout the country. The internship opportunity will afford our interns to better understand the supply chain industry, work on challenging and industry-specific projects, plus the ability to collaborate with organizational leaders, colleagues, and peers.

What You'll Do:
- Assist Americas Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with monthly forecast, analysis, and reporting of operational performance.
- Assist in the month end close process, variance explanations, researching and reviewing financial results.
- Serve as a critical resource on the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team for data collection, analysis, and presentation
- Assist in the preparation of management reports summarizing operational results for the period, including both financial and non-financial data
- Assist in developing slides for executive leadership and Board of Directors presentations
- Interact cross functionally with accounting and other departments (Human Resources, Business Development, etc.) to gain a wholistic understanding of up-stream impacts to financial analysis.
What Experience You Need:
- Current junior or senior enrolled at an accredited college/university for an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably at all levels of the organization including with senior level leaders
- Excellent technical skills including a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
