Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide to assist with our geriatric client who resides in Norwood and is in need of support and companionship immediate openings

Available shifts: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am-12pm

Job Description:
Assist with the Activities of Living, personal careAssist with light housekeepingEncourage walking, exercisingProviding stimulating conversationBring to Facility activitiesEncourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlanCompetently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphoneHome Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
