Manager, Toll Collection (Finance)
Job Summary: The Toll Collection Manager oversees all aspects of a toll facility's operations, including managing staff, ensuring smooth toll collection processes, monitoring electronic toll collection systems, resolving customer issues, and monitoring revenue collection to guarantee efficient and accurate toll transactions across a toll plaza or network. In addition, the Toll Collection Manager must develop and maintain excellent relationships with other department staff.

Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000/year, based upon experience
This is a safety sensitive position subject to pre-employment drug testing, including THC.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and moving traffic. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
