Quality Assurance Technician I (Manufacturing)

Position Summary/Objective
As part of the company's Quality team, you will be a key member in assisting with raw material, in-process, and finished product testing and documentation. The QC Technician 1 will be responsible for internal lab procedures related to quantitative and qualitative testing, while also assisting in the release of manufacturing components.
Essential Functions
- Prepare samples, standards, and solutions for internal laboratory testing.
- Document and report sampling conditions, testing activities and results.
- Assist in the release process of raw materials using the appropriate documents and overseeing results data is correct.
- Conducts weekly and monthly water quality testing for potable and filtered water sources.
- Performs raw material sampling.
- Performs testing of packaging components.
- Document and report sampling conditions, testing activities and results.
Required Experience and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
- Previous production/manufacturing/QA experience.
- Strong cGMP background
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Basic computer proficiency
