Job Summary: Responsible for the creation and implementation of content for broader IT communication programs.
Responsibilities
Content Creation/ Management
Creates content for various communication platforms, copyediting as necessary
Develops compelling storylines and communication materials
Researches, consolidates, and analyzes information to build captivating presentations
Assists in developing the "so what" for various communications
Communications Planning
Assists in the development and maintenance of a master communications plan, taking the lead on various deliverables as assigned by more senior leadership
Communication Platform Management
Publishes and updates content to various communication platforms as needed
Escalates platform issues as needed
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Coordinates logistics and schedules meetings with external stakeholders as needed
Develops relationships with key stakeholders throughout the company
Project Management
Responsible for a portion of project deliverables as assigned by more senior team members
Supports project management and works independently while defining and prioritizing tasks
Reporting and Metrics
Produces and distributes management reports on relevant metrics
Analyzes multiple data sources and consolidates information into business-relevant themes
Builds surveys, analyzes results, and conveys meaningful recommendations
Qualifications
1-3 years experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $68,000 - $90,000 per year with15% bonus target.
