Mobile Device Management, Lead (Finance)



Coke Florida is searching for Mobile Development Management (MDM), Lead to work out of our Tampa HQ facility, working Monday - Friday with occasional nights and weekends

What You'll Do:

The Mobile Device Management (MDM) Lead is responsible for the administration, governance, and optimization of the enterprise MDM platform, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless mobility experiences for end-users. This role oversees device lifecycle management, policy design and enforcement, and integration of mobility solutions across the business. The MDM Lead partners with IT security, operations, and vendors to align mobile technology strategies with organizational goals, delivering both robust security and a positive user experience. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Administer and govern the enterprise MDM platform to ensure stability, compliance, and scalability
  • Design, implement, and enforce MDM policies and procedures across devices and platforms
  • Oversee device lifecycle management, including provisioning, enrollment, updates, and decommissioning
  • Ensure mobile device security and compliance in alignment with IT security standards and regulatory requirements
  • Optimize end-user experience by balancing usability with policy enforcement
  • Drive integration and automation opportunities to improve efficiency of mobility management
  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and renewals for mobility solutions
  • Monitor, report, and remediate compliance gaps, incidents, or anomalies
  • Contribute to mobility roadmap development and continuous improvement initiatives

For This Role You Will Need:

  • 5-7 years of IT experience, including 3+ years in mobile device management or enterprise administration
  • Strong expertise in one or more enterprise MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, Jamf, etc)
  • Experience integrating MDM with enterprise applications, identity management, and automation workflows
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor compliance and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills to engage end-users, IT teams, and vendors effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience preferred
