Management Trainee (Project Management)
Position: Management Trainee
Area: The primary location of the position is negotiable and will be decided at the time of hire.
Store Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Position Summary: The Management Training Program is designed to hire individuals seeking a role in management or college graduates looking for a fulfilling career with a growing company in the paint industry. The 12 to 18-month program aims to train new hires in all aspects of the paint business: operation, management, purchasing, customer service, as well as gaining knowledge of all paint products and protective coatings. The end goal of this program is to have an educated individual familiar with our company and products that can transition into a Management Role (Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager) or possibly in the field as a Sales Representative. Potential placement opportunities: OK, AR, KS, MO, NE, FL, NC, SC, VA, or areas we may expand to the future. Typically Recruited Majors: Management [Bach]; General Business [Bach]
Job Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Candidates must be able to pass a background check and a MVR check.
This job requires standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching overhead, gripping, squatting, and carrying the product to and from the delivery and customer vehicles as well as to areas within the store.
