Business Manager / Inside Sales (Architecture)

NXP's Sales and Applications Engineering Organization is looking for high-energy, competitive, and self-motivated sales professionals who are interested in being a part of a talented sales team, engaging with customers in creating the latest technology.
As an Inside Sales Representative in NXP you'll be part of a global go-to Market team that delivers 2x market growth by providing detailed and prompt commercial, quality, and logistics support for our automotive sales team.
Responsibilities
· New product / program management
o Support for APQP activities
o Ordering samples for pre-production builds: PV, DV, etc.
o Support input into forecast file to ensure the ramp up is recognized
o Help manage part number setup
o PPAP/PSW: Load into customer website, distribute approval
· Change management
o APCN/PCN: enter required information into customer portals
o Support change management calls and customer coordination
o Manage and Track Supplier Change Requests (SCR)
· Forecast Management
o Support account managers with their regular forecast reporting and analysis
· Special Projects Management
o Support account managers on the following activities:
§ Liaison between account teams and logistics channels
§ Product EOL's
§ Disaster reaction and recovery
§ Manufacturing audits
§ Internal TS16949 audits
§ Customer requirements for regulation compliance, conflict materials, survey and other supplier reporting requests
§ Net Promoter Score preparation and follow up
§ Supply issue communication and coordination
§ Quality issue communication and coordination
§ Supplier Events including FTF Connects, Tech-Days, etc.
§ NXP Presentation material preparation
§ Customer Quarterly Business Review preparations
Key Attributes
· Experience in the automotive industry
· Experience in semiconductors or other high tech business
· Is a highly self-motivated, self-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced technology environment to drive real-world solutions
· Team player – enjoys working with others, engaged, composed, dependable and well organized
· Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including database experience
· Ability to multi-task / recognize urgencies and prioritize accordingly
Essential Requirements
· Bachelors Degree – Business, logistics, marketing
· Proven track record of fast pace, high tech sales support
· Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
